The New Castle Library project was a complete renovation of the original 60s-era structure. ADA accessibility, stacks, reading, and children’s space expansion were program goals of the project. At the same time, the library’s location on a prominent
 Before the renovation.
 The tower clerestory brings light into a new accessible entry directly off of Main Street, which was previously not as easy to find or use.
 A new light-filled and accessible entrance was a priority as the old library was completely renovated
